Consultation has concluded

Armidale Mall

Council has updated its Street Trading Policy, which covers trading activities including: outdoor eating areas, displays and advertising signs, street stalls, public collections, markets, busking, spruiking and street vending vehicles.
It also manages ancilliary structures such as screens, planter boxes, radiant heaters and shade structures.
The amended policy proposes to provide increased flexibility and expand on exempt activity which may be undertaken within the Local Government Area if in accordance with relevant criteria.

The draft policy is on Public Exhibition from Wednesday 6 March to Wednesday 3 April.

The community are invited to make submissions by mail to Armidale Regional Council, 75A Rusden Street, Armidale 2350, by email to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au or dropped off in person to the Armidale or Guyra Offices. Submissions close Wednesday 17 April 2019 at 5pm.
