Consultation has concluded
In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Armidale Regional Council advises that the Ordinary Council meeting to be held on 27 January 2022 will include the presentation of the audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports for the year ended 30 June 2021.
In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), any person may make a submission in writing to Council with respect to the Council’s Audited Financial Statements or the Auditor’s Reports.
Copies of the Audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports may be inspected at:

Council's Civic Administration Buildings located at 135 Rusden Street Armidale, and 158 Bradley Street Guyra
Send in a submission: Submissions are invited and must be addressed to the General Manager, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, Armidale NSW 2350 or sent by email to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au
Submissions close Wednesday 3 February 2022, one week after the above public meeting has been held. Please be aware that if you make a submission, other people may have access to your comments and your name. This may be as a result of a report to a Council meeting. Reports to Council Meetings are available to the public.
