Helping Communities Rebuild and Recover From Natural Disasters

Prime Minister, Scott Morrison addressed the media this morning to announce the Government will establish a new national agency to help support local communities respond to large-scale natural disasters and undertake new initiatives to manage the impact of future events and the changing climate.

"The new Agency will help communities rebuild and recover from natural disasters, helping many Australians in their greatest time of need, while strengthening our defences against future major disasters,” the Prime Minister said.
