At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on Wednesday 26 October 2022 Council endorsed to place the Armidale Regional Council Code of Conduct on public exhibition for a period of 28 days commencing 27 October 2022, noting there are no proposed amendments to the Code of Conduct as currently adopted.

Under the Local Government Act 1993 Council must adopt a code of conduct that incorporates the provisions of the Model Code of Conduct prescribed by the Regulation within 12 months of the Local Government elections.

Submissions are invited and must be addressed to the General Manager, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, Armidale NSW 2350 or sent by email to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au

Submissions close Wednesday 23 November 2022.
