Armidale Regional Council is developing a Crime Prevention Plan to better understand local crime and community safety concerns across the region and identify practical ways to respond. The work is being undertaken by the Centre for Rural Criminology at the University of New England, and will bring together local crime data, community feedback, stakeholder insights and evidence about what works in crime prevention.

The aim is to develop a locally informed and evidence-based Crime Prevention Plan that supports safer communities across the Armidale Region.

As an invaluable part of developing this plan, the residents of the Armidale Region are encouraged to complete the linked survey by Sunday 6 September.

The survey will take approximately 20-30minutes to complete.
