Consultation has concluded

At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on January 27, 2021 Council resolved to place the Draft Code of Meeting Practice Amendments on public exhibition commencing Friday 29 January and ending on Monday 22 February 2021.

A number of amendments are proposed to the Code of Meeting Practice to address Council resolution 367/20 from 9 December 2020 Council meeting, resolution 410/20 from 22 December Council meeting and also to fulfil requirements of the Performance Improvement Order (point 8 & 9 of schedule 2) issued on 9 December 2020 by the Minister for Local Government.

Submissions are invited and must be addressed to the General Manager, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, Armidale NSW 2350 or sent by e-mail to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au

Submissions must be received by Council no later than 10pm on Monday, 1 March 2021.
