Consultation has concluded
At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 24 February 2021, Council resolved to place the Domestic Rainwater Tank Policy on public exhibition commencing Friday 26 February 2021 and ending on Monday 5 April 2021.
This policy outlines the allowable uses of rainwater tanks where there is a reticulated water supply available.
This is an existing policy and the recommended update provides additional good governance for Council.
Submissions are invited and must be addressed to the General Manager, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, Armidale NSW 2350 or sent by email to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au
Submissions must be received by Council no later than 10pm on Monday 5 April 2021.
