Draft Complaints Management Policy

At the Ordinary Council Meeting of 13 December 2017 Council approved the Draft Complaints Management Policy for public exhibition. The exhibition period is from Friday 22 December 2017 to Monday 29 January 2018.
The draft Policy sets out Council’s system of complaints management to ensure that concerns are treated seriously and that complaints are addressed promptly and in a fair manner.
The community is invited to make submissions in regard to the draft policy which is now on public exhibition and can be viewed at Council’s Service Centres at Armidale, Guyra and online here.
Submissions should be addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, ARMIDALE 2350, or can be made via email to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au or delivered to one of our Customer Service Centres at 135 Rusden Street, Armidale or 158 Bradley Street, Guyra.
