Consultation has concluded
At the Ordinary Council Meeting of 22 November 2017 Armidale Regional Council approved the Draft Councillor and Staff Interaction Policy for public exhibition from Friday 1 December to the close of business Monday 22 January 2018. The Draft Policy provides a framework for Councillors in exercising their civic duties by specifically addressing their ability to interact and receive advice from authorised staff. This Policy supports the provisions of the Code of Conduct and will form a central part of Council’s Code of Conduct Framework.
The community is invited to make submissions in regard to this policy which is now on public exhibition and can be viewed here on this website or at Council’s Service Centres at 135 Rusden Street Armidale or 158 Bradley Street Guyra. Submissions should be addressed toChief Executive Officer, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, ARMIDALE 2350, and can be made via email tocouncil@armidale.nsw.gov.au(External link)or mailed to PO Box 75A, Armidale NSW 2350, or delivered to one of our Customer Service Centres at 135 Rusden Street, Armidale or 158 Bradley Street, Guyra.
