Consultation has concluded
At the Ordinary Council Meeting held in Armidale on Wednesday 28 June 2017 the Administrator endorsed the recommendation to place the Draft Councillor Expenses and Facilities Policy on Public Exhibition from Friday 30 June to Monday 31 July 2017 for a period of 28 days.
The report proposes the endorsement of the Draft Councillor Expenses and Facilities Policy. The proposed changes to the Policy align with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993, Regulations, Office of Local Government (OLG) Guidelines and the template policy provided by the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) Local Government Reform Unit.
Hard copies can be viewed at the Armidale Office 135 Rusden Street, Armidale or the Guyra Office at 158 Bradley Street, Guyra.
Submissions can be emailed to Council or mailed to Armidale Regional Council ‘Draft Councillor Expenses and Facilities Policy’ PO Box 75A Armidale, NSW 2350.
