Consultation has concluded
At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 27 October 2021, Council resolved to place the transfer of progress payments totalling $319,710.60 from the Grant Funding from Phase Two, NSW Showgrounds Stimulus Program to Guyra and District Pony Club Inc. for the construction of a toilet/shower block, on public exhibition commencing Wednesday 24 November 2021 and ending on Wednesday 22 December 2021.
The Guyra and District Pony Club Inc. and local contractor will be required to adhere to a strict budget and project milestone schedule, with milestone payment claims paid in arrears.
