Consultation has concluded
At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 24 February 2021, Council resolved to place the Local Approvals - Liquid Trade Waste Policy on public exhibition commencing Friday 26 February 2021 and ending on Monday 23 April 2021.
This policy outlines how Council will regulate sewerage and trade waste discharges to its sewerage system in accordance with the NSW Framework for Regulations of Sewerage and Trade Waste.
This is an existing policy and the recommended update provides additional good governance for Council.
Submissions are invited and must be addressed to the General Manager, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, Armidale NSW 2350 or sent by email to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au
Submissions must be received by Council no later than 10pm on Monday 23 April 2021.
