In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act, 1993, Armidale Regional Council advises that the presentation of the audited financial statements and the auditor’s reports for the year ending 30/6/2018 occurred at the extraordinary Council meeting held 21 November 2018.
In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act, 1993 , any person may make a submission in writing to Council with respect to the Council’s Audited Financial Statements or the Auditor’s Reports. Submissions will be accepted up until Wednesday, 28 November 2018 and can be mailed to the Chief Executive Officer, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, Armidale, NSW 2350. Submissions can also be emailed to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au
