Consultation has concluded

At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on Wednesday 24 November Council resolved to redirect $39,600 in the 2021/2022 Operational Budget to the Aboriginal Cultural Centre and Keeping Place in the form of a grant. The funds will be redirected from the following budgeted items:

1. Community Services

$10,000 Aboriginal assistance resultant from recommendations made to Council by the Aboriginal Advisory Committee to Council (balance remaining $0).

$3,000 NAIDOC Week 2021 events (balance remaining $0)

$20,000 Community Small Grants Programme (balance remaining $0)

$33,000 Subtotal

2. Economic Development

$ 6,600 Revenue generated from Land Sales from Armidale Airside Business Park

$39,600 Total
