Consultation has concluded
At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on Wednesday 24 November Council resolved to redirect $39,600 in the 2021/2022 Operational Budget to the Aboriginal Cultural Centre and Keeping Place in the form of a grant. The funds will be redirected from the following budgeted items:
1. Community Services
$10,000 Aboriginal assistance resultant from recommendations made to Council by the Aboriginal Advisory Committee to Council (balance remaining $0).
$20,000 Community Small Grants Programme (balance remaining $0)
$33,000 Subtotal
2. Economic Development
$ 6,600 Revenue generated from Land Sales from Armidale Airside Business Park
$39,600 Total

Submissions close Wednesday 22 December 2021. Please be aware that if you make a submission, other people may have access to your comments and your name. This may be as a result of a report to a Council meeting. Reports to Council Meetings are available to the public.
A report containing community feedback will be put to Council at the January Ordinary Council meeting 27 January, 2022.
