At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on November 25, 2020 Council resolved to:

  1. Receive and note the report “Review of Council Committees” by David Ackroyd.
  2. Exhibit the report “Review of Council Committees” until 26 January 2021.
  3. Acknowledge it is the intent to build the necessary capacity within the Administration to properly resource the 7 Partner Panels with the view to them commencing after the September 2021 elections.

The purpose of the review was to document and analyse the current Advisory Committee structure and recommend a contemporary means of enabling residents to contribute to ARC’s strategic decision making.

Submissions are invited and must be addressed to the Acting General Manager, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, Armidale NSW 2350 or sent by e-mail to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au(External link)

Submissions must be received by Council no later than 5pm on Tuesday, 26 January 2021.
