Consultation has concluded

At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on December 9, 2020 Council resolved to place the draft Community Leasing Policy on public exhibition commencing Thursday 10 December and ending on Tuesday 26 January 2021.

This policy provides a framework to enable Council to determine the eligibility of community groups to occupy Council owned and managed land and buildings (such as community centres, scout and guide halls) in an equitable and transparent manner and in accordance with relevant legislative requirements.

Submissions are invited and must be addressed to the Acting General Manager, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, Armidale NSW 2350 or sent by e-mail to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au(External link)(External link)

Submissions must be received by Council no later than 5pm on Tuesday, 26 January 2021.
