Vegetation on fire

At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on November 25, 2020 a recommendation was endorsed to place the draft Policy for Burning of Vegetation within the Local Government Area on public exhibition for a period of 28 days commencing Thursday 26 November and ending on Thursday 24 December 2020.

The Policy provides a framework for the consideration of proposal for the burning of cut and stacked vegetation (pile burn) within the Armidale Regional Council Local Government Area.

Submissions are invited and must be addressed to the Acting General Manager, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, Armidale NSW 2350 or sent by e-mail to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au(External link)

Submissions must be received by Council no later than 5pm on Thursday, 24 December 2020.
