Consultation has concluded

Council has revised its 2011 POL205 – Pathway Name and Address (NAR) Policy to incorporate the amalgamated Council, ePathway and eNotices. The Draft Policy – POL205 Pathway Name & Address – Changes to Name, Postal Address, Communication and Information details will provide staff and customers with clear guidelines of the minimum requirements for the collection of data to update Council’s Name and Address database.

The revised Policy outlines the collection, use and security of data/information; how to update information, change a person’s name, use of Power of Attorney and the service of notices.

The information provided to Council is used to perform Council functions and activities, provide services requested by individuals and to comply with legal and legislative requirements. There are repercussions for customers and staff if the data is incorrect.

Draft POL205 – Pathway NAR – Changes to Name, Postal Address, Communication & Information Details is on public display from Wednesday, 5 November 2020 to Wednesday, 26 November 2020.

Submissions are invited and must be addressed to the Acting General Manager, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, Armidale NSW 2350 or sent by e-mail to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au

Submissions must be received by Council no later than 5pm on Wednesday, 26 November 2020.
