At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on December 9, 2020 Council resolved to place the draft Regulatory - Development Related Security Policy on public exhibition commencing Thursday 10 December and ending on Tuesday 26 January 2021.

The purpose of this policy is to protect public infrastructure by requiring developers to lodge a bond or security to cover the cost of some activities related to their developments.

Submissions are invited and must be addressed to the Acting General Manager, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, Armidale NSW 2350 or sent by e-mail to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au(External link)(External link)

Submissions must be received by Council no later than 5pm on Tuesday, 26 January 2021.
