Survey - Share your views on drought management - town water supply

Council is currently developing a new Drought Management Plan for the Armidale region. The new plan will supersede the existing plans from Armidale and Guyra.

Key stakeholder sessions with representation from a broad cross-section of the community were recently held in Armidale and Guyra to allow Council to collect valuable feedback on proposed water restriction trigger levels, consumption targets, what is allowed during each restriction level and general feedback on the different experiences of the severe drought conditions during 2019 and the impact.

This was an extremely valuable exercise that has shaped some key actions in the development of the draft Drought Management Plan. The survey below is a summary of some of those key actions which we would now like feedback on from the broader Armidale region community.
