Consultation has concluded

At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on January 27, 2021 Council resolved to place the draft Treatment of Feral and Infant Animals Policy on public exhibition commencing Friday 29 January and ending on Monday 1 March 2021.

This policy outlines Council policy on the holding of feral companion animals at an animal shelter is contrary to the best welfare interest of the animal.

Submissions are invited and must be addressed to the General Manager, Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A, Armidale NSW 2350 or sent by e-mail to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au

Submissions must be received by Council no later than 10pm on Monday, 1 March 2021.
